i) Job vacancies are usually posted in the korean version of the website. From a university professor, I was able to know when the recruiting process was going on. The first stage of the recruiting process involves the submission of the necessary application documents by post or by mail
2) A standard technical interview follows if your documents meets their requirement, and if there is a team that is interested in having you. The team looks for a suitable match by doing research background check and also finding out if you can contribute to the project that you will potentially be working on.
3) An HR/Management interview is the final stage that I went through. These are personal motivation and fit questions.
