1st round was telephonic to get high level idea of my profile for initial evaluation. 2nd round was conducted by Marketing Head. In 3rd round, I was interviewed by Company's CEO which had questions around my overall experience in terms of roles and responsibilities.

The Interview well processed in Four stages. There was no waiting period. It happened quickly and it started on time. It was smooth and clean with a good mix of questions. The Questions were not only professional but also personal to get a better understanding of me as a person and what kind of a passion i have for sales and market. The CEO was very inspiring and Motivating. He shared his personal knowledge in his various fields that he worked on and was able to guide me in the interview as to what I can expect in the real world. He took good about of time to listen about my personal life and have a understanding of my skill sets. Overall it was a learning experience for me.
