I was sent from a payroll company. I had 2 rounds of interview. 1st round(Technical) lasted for 40 min with the interviewer asking several question and even asked to explain it on the board and he even told me we can give you a role as developer, are you fine with that? I said yes i am fine. I did well and was told to attend 2nd round(Managerial Round). I suppose it was managerial round but was told by HR as 2nd Technical round and he asked just 2 question and again the same question of are you fine for developer position? I said i am fine and he informed HR in front of me, tell him to go home. I got response from my payroll the next day that, they did not select you and and when I asked for reason? They did not provide any reason. So i am not sure what was wrong just because i said i am fine for developer role(by the way I am Team Lead by designation).
