easy process, they hold open house events so it isn't much of an interview. They are super easy and they answer all your questions. You just need to have a bachelor's or an emergency teaching certificate.
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.

The interview process was very quick and easy. The interviewer was personable and I felt confident and comfortable during the interview. It was a seamless process and I was employed immediately.

Uploading resume, filling out questionnaire, and Zoom interview. The process was smooth, and ESS was responsive and timely. I was hired quickly. Everyone I spoke with during the hiring process was kind and communicated well.
