I interviewed with three different people. They were all very honest with me about the position, pay and culture. I unfortunately did not land the job, they ended up hiring within but the gentleman called me back and told me to keep applying because I was runner up and there are a ton of opportunity with the company.

After applying, you complete a screening via phone call with one of the hiring managers and then you do a virtual group interview with producers. The amount of time between application and offer was about one month.
