Direct in person interview was set up by the HR Manager. Meeting was held in the conference room. Routine technical and hr questions. Was provided in depth information about the company and its products. Was shown the factory. People seemed friendly and cordial. Personally felt the interview went very well.

Entretien
On the first interview I talked with US educated Engineers. They were respectful and I my interest in working there increased. A week later I came back for an interview with the CEO and his assistant. The CEO spoke some English but needed his assistant to translate when I spoke. It was like talking to a bear. He was very gruff and rude. The communication was very poor. I very quickly lost interest in working there, which I made apparent to the CEO by pushing away from the table, and walking out.
