Very straignforward. Applied online and recruiter contacted me within a week to have preliminary chat and scheduled interview with Dev Manager and then technical interview with 3 senior engineers. Got feedback within 2-3 days after each interview.

The on-site is couple of hours. It was weird. The manager didn't speak to me. I had two developers that just asked me about my experience but it felt they don't knwo how to conduct an interview. The other part was coding. The engineer that was interviewing waa really arrogant and all he cared was if you can memorize key words in .net. he didn't care about experience or design skills.
