A recruiter reached out to me via LInkedIn and offered to apply to the position as it was generally in line with my experience. First round with the recruiter went smoothly, and they left a very pleasant experience encouraging me to apply further, Second round with a senior partner manager (likely the hiring manager) was generally fine as well with mostly competency-related questions apart from the cliche 'Why should we hire you'. Received a rejection letter after 2nd round with a generic template. I asked the recruiter for more detailed feedback but got no response afterwards which was disappointing considering that I interacted with them at earlier stages quite a lot. At least a few words of feedback without a template is not too much to ask.

Had an initial 1:1 screening with a HR manager, which was straightforward and more about EFG as a company and what the role is. A few weeks later was invited to a 1:1 with the hiring manager, which was a bit more challenging. They took on a persona as a community leader and had me pitch FACEIT to them, and explain why they should move to the platform.
