First I had to register in ERPLY system and read about back office and warehouse management system. Interview was help online and they needed me to be ready to share my screen. But actually there was only one HR person on interview, who told me that others couldn't participate. Nobody asked me something about their WMS ja asked to share screen. The feeling was that they already had chosen someone, so from the beginning I felt like I'm just loosing my time. When I asked some time later why they declined, they told, that they found a person, who spoke language, which was not in list of languages they needed
