HR was extremely unresponsive throughout the interview and offer process. I was asked to complete three test searches in different counties/states before being asked to do a phone interview. The offer followed the phone interview.
The test searches were from the current owner forward and very simple.
I was offered the position and told that part time was also an option. After deciding that a part time position would work best for me, I attempted to contact HR who was to check in with the department lead to see if we could come to an agreement on hours. After my initial contact, I proceeded to try to follow up over the next two months with no or minimal responses, and no resolution or final answer.
While conduct by HR was unbelievably unprofessional, this position would probably be fine for someone who is interested in working from home and unconcerned with professional development.
