I applied online and received an email the next day to schedule my interview. I came in and spoke with the director for about 10 or 15 minutes. He invited me back for a 2nd interview which last a little over 30 minutes. He explained the whole structure of the business, pay, promotion, benefits, etc. He was really kind and down to earth. I can say I actually enjoyed the whole process and was excited to join the team!
