Overall expectation to hire title delivery manager who can play multiple role day and night - solution architect, technical architect, client partner, team delivery manager, data architect and so on. Recruiter was calling and bothering on Saturdays and Sunday however company and recruiter not even having courtesy to share the feedback and ghosted

The process included one HR and two technical interviews at EPAM. HR was professional and smooth. Technical rounds weren’t very challenging, focusing mainly on past experience rather than deep technical evaluation, with more emphasis on communication and role fit.
