I have 18+ years of experience.
Video call on teams. Two people joined and one left halfway.
I have worked in Java technologies and one of the interviewer who stayed back is .Net based.
Did not ask questions on technologies i worked and want to work.

I was asked to explain the project that I am working on with a drawing.
Solid principles
And a UI design question.
Difficult situations in managing the people.
I always wonder what would have happened if a proper java side architect or technical director.
Lost a good chance with a mismatch between candidate and interviewer.
I did not get much as learning from the interview.
I feel I deserve a second chance. I am not that bad.

Entretien
Good process, mature and not too long. Interviewers asked good questions about technical background and experience relevant to the role. Process included HR conversation, technical interview and a few non-technical interviews.

They are very unprofessional, please don't take up any interviews with this company. they have a poorly communicating talent acquisition team and panels call you from Mexico, who cant even talk proper english..God save epam
