Interview process was stretched, it consisted in total of 4 interviews
- Interview with HR
- "Technical" online interview
- Local technical interview
- Was awaiting for another interview with actual client
Rating negative firstly because whole process took way to long.
After third interview i've been contacted and told that they want to hire me as an employee, but the project that they want to assign to me is not ready yet, and i will have to wait for a month.
One month became two, and essentially they told me that they are not interested anymore.

I have applied several times to similar positions posted by this company. Despite meeting the listed requirements, my applications are constantly rejected without any feedback. There is no direct communication, only automatic 'No Reply' emails. What is also frustrating is that these same job postings are repeatedly advertised, which creates the impression that the positions are either not truly being filled or the hiring process lacks transparency.
