I applied through indeed, called me in the next few days to schedule an interview in house (February 2024). Came for the interview, waited for 10 minutes, the interviewer got me in the room asked me few basic questions like why I wanna leave, what do I do in my current position, what is my work experience. Then he gave me a paper sheet of React/Redux questions. Why do I write react code with a camera above me on a piece of paper god knows why... From what I saw around everyone was 30+ year old, the position is full on-site and they search for people that will do everything for a new project they will write in React. On top of that, nobody contacted me to give me a feedback and they reposted the same position some days ago.
