Entretien
Talked with a recruiter via phone/email. Met in person with 2 leaders from management. Interview was very formal with lots of questions and in detail position information that was not readily available online or via recruiter.
The interview itself was pretty quick, it took about 30 min and personnel included the RN manager and another LPN. It took about a week following my application submission to receive a call to set up an interview.
Following the interview was a tour of the facility. Received an off 48 hours later.

Entretien
Easy interview. Felt comfortable, one nurse manager present. Alot of situational questions asked. The interview was short, was able to take a tour of the facility during the interview and was able to get a idea of what i would be doing if hired.
