I had a fantastic experience with the EOS interview process. From start to finish, everything was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. A huge credit goes to Ryan, the recruiter, who was communicative, supportive, and made the entire process feel smooth. He ensured I was well-prepared at every stage and provided valuable insights along the way. The interviews themselves were well-structured, and the overall experience left a great impression of the company.

The usual competency based questions. My experience was positive to start, recruiter was engaging and supportive, I then moved onto the next stage of a panel interview with two super nice individuals. It turned sour for me when I was ghosted by the recruiter, even though I was promised feedback, regardless of moving forward or not. I'm providing this feedback because this was not the first time I was ghosted by a recruiter at EOS. I was previously contacted by a recruiter, asked to schedule time for a chat, which I did, only to be later ignored. Recruitment team have little or no regard for candidate experience, which gives me a strong signal they don't care a huge amount for people.
