Initial interview: Phone interview.
Throughout my interview, the recruiter was running errands and caring for her child. (I hear a baby screaming in the background). It appears that I was not given an opportunity because the recruiter was not focused on the topic. She just informed me she'll email me once she gets home. I never heard back from her.

Entretien
The interview was very straight forward. I was grilled but there were no questions that didnt make sense being part of the interview. The recruiter called me the next morning and told me the offer. It was a very painless process.

I understand if they found a candidate before me but it was very difficult to sit in an interview and give it my best when the hiring manager was just working on his laptop while I was answering his questions. I would say give all candidates a fair shot and if you found your ideal candidate then don’t waste time or be rude to the next ones.
