Very common initial phone call questions, they were friendly. However, they ghosted after the initial phone call. This position required commuting around the PNW and going to work sites from my understanding.

The interview process was highly unprofessional and disorganized. The company misrepresented the position in the job posting, and it became clear during the interview that they had no clear agenda or understanding of the role they were hiring for. I interviewed with two hiring managers who seemed unprepared and disengaged. Instead of asking relevant questions, they jumped from unrelated topics and even admitted they weren’t sure what to ask me. At one point, they asked me, “Do you think you'd enjoy working in a chaotic environment?” — which felt more like a warning than a real question.
The HR representative was no better—unresponsive to emails, late to schedule follow-ups, and generally dismissive. This entire experience raised serious red flags about how the company operates internally. I’m glad I learned this early and didn’t end up wasting more of my time there.
