I got referred to EN by an employee and got a call from an HR representative. Talked to her for a few minutes, then she set up a phone interview within a few days. Still have not heard back about the phone interview, but it was pretty average. They just asked basic questions about my classes and my experience and why I would be fit for the job. I have been waiting almost a week to hear back from them though, which is unusually long.

I was called in for an interview after a college career fair and told to wear jeans and a polo. At the interview, I was passed between project leads as they talked to me about the company. The only real evaluation that seemed to take place was whether I was a self described people person or not. The focus seemed to be for someone that would be able to communicate with clients more than anything else.
