Fake job interview- The person who took first round demoviated me big time. Oh god.. how can an employee itself talk to interview candidate so bad company and his attitude. He says too much work pressure, you will not find time for personal life, be available always for work, 3 managers already quit within 1 year and so on..
2nd round was supposed to be with person who apparently decision making authority but he was very busy and apparently had to meet him at last round. Again not respected candidate time and unethical.
Unnessesarily put in to interview with 2 different people from different department. I think this is just to push time until final decision making guy arrives. Right from first round every person asked about same question "Tell me about yourself". 12pm interview was scheduled and finally at 5pm i was finally asked to leave. Prior to interview HR informed that only 2 rounds of interview but i had to go through 5 rounds with 1 hour each of them took. Finally Mr. Big guy comes over asks "tell me about my self" and assigns home work. Well i spent my personal time and sent list of observations and recommendations on an App which they had developed but 2 weeks past no response on my candidature not even Thanks! How rude and cheaters. Isn't?? May be without cost they want to improve product by conducting fake interview and take recommendations which had received from candidates. Please think twice prior to attending interview with any company if they have Take home assignment as part of there interview process. This is new trend in interview process.
