Entretien
Organised a Skype Interview as I was based in Australia and emailed back and forth. Once we spoke over the Skype found out that I can't be guaranteed work until I was in the UK which makes sense as I would be working with disabled adults who are vulnerable and need to do training and have a background check. The interview gave a run down about the company and asked about my previous experience (which I didn't have professionally, only helped my nan). Training was explained as an additional interview (as I would need to pass training before they could offer me work). So the Skype interview was more about getting a feel of the company and whether I would be a good carer.
