Had a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes with the typical interview questions you'd expect. The interviewer went through the resume and asked several questions regarding past jobs/ experiences. Overall very pleasant phone interview. They scheduled an in person interview a few days after which went just as well. Nice lab manager, welcoming and the interview questions weren't difficult to answer at all. If anything, it was very similar to the phone interview.

Straight forward interview, a phone call from HR to schedule a meeting with the lab manager and your off to your interview. Interview was very casual, didn't care if I didn't have any lab experience they are eager to train.
