There is no interview for this. You just apply online and once at least one school district expresses interests in your services (easy to obtain if you have bilingual or special ed skills), they invite you to a large group 3-hour sub training and complete the legal compliance training. They do a background check and then they send you credentials to login to the system and you set up your availability, look for jobs and start working.
