Two hardware managers handled the interview in a relaxed and pleasant manner. At each given time one would ask questions while the other comes up with a follow up. The questions related to managerial skills as well as technical aspects of the job. At a certain point a third person entered the room however he did not ask any questions, instead he simply evaluated my answers.
