Entretien
Once the candidate applies for the advertised job, a first interview is scheduled with HR. Then if approval is obtained by HR, the candidate is summoned for a second interview with the current Manager/Lead. In some cases a third interview is scheduled (if the candidate meets the requirements) with the Lead Project Manager in charge in switzerland.

Firstly I have some small discuss with HR.
Then I got interviewed with 2 interviewers at the same time, 1 is technical, and 1 is manager.
The interview questions are difficult, there are also questions about my current/previous works.

Entretien
The interviewing process was highly professional, quick, and effective. Within two weeks, I had gone through an initial phone talk, coding task, on-site interview with HR, on-site technical interview, and then received a final offer.
