There is no process. It's a "we need you" gig. What was of great concern is that ehang did not keep my information private. Someone in my current workplace was made aware that I was applying, although I did not provide reference information. In speaking with an executive of another company to whom we sell product, he informed me that Ehang's HR department shared out his information as well, causing him problems with his current employer too. This is what prompted me to write this review; Ehang seems to be a company that doesn't care about HR confidentiality.
