Entretien
Quick phone interview followed by a more in depth Zoom interview with two people. This includes a customer service roleplay and giving a short speech. Next round was another Zoom interview with managers. An HR person is in contact with you for scheduling and for assistance.

Entretien
I had an initial phone screening where they told me about the role and asked why I was interested. I then had a second interview on Teams where I had to prepare a mock customer service call and pitch a product I was passionate about. In a third interview they asked traditional job interview questions. Everyone was very kind and friendly and gave lots of positive feedback, so I was surprised when I did not get the role. The process was a lot of work given that it was an entry level customer service. They also were not as efficient in getting back to me as they said they would be.
