Initial phone interview consisted of talking about the general job description and salary. I told the woman who called me that the salary was lower than I had hoped, but she encouraged me to come in for an interview anyways because of the bonus potential that is available for sales staff.
The in person interview was a series of 1:1 interviews with 3 of the managers at the company. All of them went well, general interview questions. Could be difficult for people that are very nervous during interviews or don't have a lot of work experience. I had a lot to draw from for my interview answers. Friendly interviewers for the most part.

After passing a screening interview I was set up with a panel interview. This happened very quickly. The interview was unprofessional and the three men interviewing me brought up stories about drinks and drinking too much several times. I had to keep bringing the topic back to more relevant content. After a lengthy call I was told I would hear from them soon. I was unimpressed with hearing nothing. A simple email to let me know that I was not selected would have been the polite thing. The experience felt more like I was applying to a fraternity. This was a bro culture that I am glad I dodged.

I first had a phone interview, there were questions on different scenarios and how I were to handle them. The interviewer would describe a certain situation and I would respond with specific answers as to what I would do in that situation. I then was asked to sell her on a vacation, I did a 30 second sales pitch. The first interview was about 30 minutes long, I was asked to come in for a second interview.

Group interview at the Denver location. The interview was fairly basic and there were 5 other people at the group interview event. The first part of the interview is an overview of the company and the job including a tour of the office. Then the panel of interviewers ask questions to the group where you have the option to answer or not, everyone answered every question. The panel asks questions like what would you find most challenging about sales, what is your favorite place to travel to, and other more personality based questions. Then the group splits in two and there is a smaller group interview with half the panel and then the second half of the panel.
