Emailed grammar test from center was completed online. Waited about a week for the face-to-face interview. I was never given my results but I guess they were good enough for an interview.
In the face-to-face interview there was only one interviewer.
Initial discussion of educational background and work history. Further questions to establish personality, and to confirm my interest in working for the company in the position of online English teacher.

Easy and surprisingly quick. After handing in your CV you have to answer a pre questionnaire then have the face to face interview. The recruiters keep you engaged via email, as in they let you know that they are busy with your application so you aren’t left in the dark.

The interview was short and sweet. There were a series of questions about experience and needs, but mainly the interview gave me information about the company, salary, position and timetabling.

Very short interview. Covered past experience and teaching methods currently used. Discussed pros and cons of online instruction and the value of a business background. Interviewer was very polite and considerate.
