Was very excited about the company and made it to the second round of interviews. This round included two interviews and a mock sales call. Everyone was kind and welcoming expect one interviewer. She downplayed all of my past accomplishments and experiences and showed that she was unimpressed. After she created an unwelcoming environment, I didn’t answer a question in a way she liked, so she began to talk to me as if I were a child. Professionalism was not present and all of my excitement for the company was diminished after the experience with her. Having this experience on top of it being an extremely long interview process put a bad taste in my mouth. I have been through numerous interviews in my professional career and had never had a worse interview experience than with EF.

There was a screening call and then I had the really interview. The people I interviewed with were kind and friendly. Overall the interview process was smooth and I did not have to wait long for a responses.

Three interviews with a total of 5 people. First was phone screening interview. Second was with a manager and sales trainer. Third was with a Senior on the team and a director.

The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.
