J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez EF Education First (Bengaluru) en févr. 2012
Entretien
A three round process:
1. Cultural Round: Evaluated on communication skills, understanding European accents. Normally conducted by a non-Indian interviewer.
2. Technical Round: Conducted by a Tech Manager. Quite thorough.
3. Manager Round: Conducted by the CIO. Formal and non-Technical.
The HR round is a breeze and mostly salary expectations are considered. The overall process took less that 2 hours which was very good considering it was a recruitment drive. The coordinators were cordial and helpful.

I got the interview confirmation through a consultancy. As they said I reached EF office at 9.15. Nobody was there to even collect the resume. Around 10.15 one HR came and collected the CV and after several inquiries first round happened. It was a cultural round. Then again they made me wait till 12 and I told them I want to leave. Then 12.15 they arranged Tech round. Interviewer started asking questions and after 5 mins he mentioned asp.net. I told I came for Winforms. Then he asked me to wait in that room. After 10 mins HR came again and asked me to wait outside. I told her it is taking too long. Then again 10 mins. The new interviewer starts interview with some new .net features. I informed him clearly, I dont have any exposure latest features like LINQ,WCF,WPF. He repeated the questions about the same even after telling him 3 times.
