Elongated, had to prepare a presentation that was 5 mins long and was only given a days notice and then it was basic interview questions was told I would hear back and never did

What would you do if a customer was being overcharged on a subscription
Pretty simple, Answering questions relevant to the role. There are 3 i believe scenario based questions. Additionally, they will observe you on the shop floor when you arrive to read your body language and some stores may ask you to run a trial shift.

They will ask you scenario based questions but other than that quite informal. Just make sure you are passionate about sales if you want to work there as it is kpi driven
