Entretien
I had a telephone interview where I got asked a few questions you might expect in an interview, then they invited my for a face to face interview lasting 3 hours. On the day they showed us a video introducing us to the company before taking us individually into a room to be interviewed. Straight away I was thrown into a role play where I had to read a customer bio and help the customer with their query. I felt this was very unnatural and struggled to perform well. This happened three times and despite telling them I have dyslexia and would like some help reading the large amount of information presented to me I was told to just "do my best". They then asked me questions which were very similar to the ones I had already answered on the phone. Finally we listened in on customer calls to get a feel for what the job role involves.
