The interview was poorly planned. The location Manager failed to show then was directed to phone interview with a person in a different state. Then directed to interview with two folks one of which was a newly hired person - non manager. Odd. Site manager called in - only qiuestion asked was how I learned about the job. No question was related to ability. They were more focused on checking off boxes on a chart. Folks provided vague responses to questions regarding culture etc.
