Assez moyen, le DRH était sympa et m'a demander de me détendre. ll m'a présenté le poste dans un premier temps, on a parlé de mes expériences et de mes ambitions futures vis à vis du poste.

Entretien
Worked with Customer and deployment team to develop project roadmap / plan. Then worked with SMEs and client to delivery projects as specified by SOWs. I was responsible for coordinating three deployment teams in three cities. The interviews were conducted on-site. The company paid for my travel to the interview. There was a one on one and team lunch.

Industry expertise. Background focused on project management, reporting budgeting and FTE evaluations. What project management software I used, my understanding of accounting. My track record on dealing with project milestones and my approach to communication with management and teams.
