Entretien
It was pretty straightforward and quick. Initial vetting call with HR. Afterwards a 2 step interview- first Interview with two hiring managers if successful you are invited for second stage with director
45 minute interview with the hiring manager. Behavioural and experience-based questions. Zero technical focus, which was surprising given that the role was for a research engineer. No feedback given, which was very disappointing.

Friendly introductions followed by questions asked in a relaxed manner. Finished with an open Q&A. Time - up to 1 hr, two interviews. 1st interview was general technical abilities mixed with general qs and 2nd interview was with another team.
