Once get passed CV screening followed by a Video interview like 5 questions but unlimited attemps, after which comes the group interview, online for from 8AM to 5PM, with 2 case studies, 2 arounds of strength and motivation based questions with recruiters, one around of brain teaser with a recruiter, also Q&A session

The virtual assessment centre was the full day comprising of a technical presentation and an interview. This was followed by a group activity. The final part of the process involved a micro exercise testing cognitive ability and a motivational interview.

First, CV screening . Then an online assessment from Cappfinity including an numerical test. Soon, need to finish video interview with insight feedback. Still awaiting further information. Last stage, assessment centre.
