Std tests online and then a phone interview. After 40 min on the phone the lady that interviewed me on the phone said that it would take weeks to hear back, but after a few hours they sent an email saying that after careful consideration they would not progress the application further without any feedback. The questions were pretty std and easy to answer once you do your homework, so I don't really understand what makes them decide. I can't withstand people and organisations that lie deliberately, so for me it was a negative experience.
