The process included 2 steps :
(1) application (standard with cv and cover letter)
(2) 1h30 interview which included 30 min of written assessment (not automatic, basically writing an essay on a piece of paper) and 1h of quadrilingual discussion
The results are then announced by phone call a few days afterward, in a very polite and human conversation
Overall the process felt very human and reassuring
