An internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, and after a screening interview I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager. A couple weeks later, I had another virtual interview but never heard back. They were very nice, and the interview questions were basic, not really drilling you, like “How do you handle stress?” and “When we a time you worked with someone difficult?” Just do not be surprised if they totally ghost you.
