Personal interview with two management team members, didn't meet senior management until after hired, they spent more time convincing me what a great place ECS was to work. Offer letter was given at end of interview.

It was an easy process, nothing fancy. Higher position people were supposed to come and join the interview, but it was a one-to-one person interview. Interview process was not bad at all, questions were straightforward!

I reached the ECS office and waited for a couple of minutes. After that, I was interviewed by a Field Manager. To be honest, I was asked simple and easy questions.
Overall, the interview process was really smooth!
