I had a 10/15 minute phone interview with the basic questions that went well, was immediately invited for an interview that I had with 2 managers. I saw the sign in sheet that had quite a few names from the past days to see the same person. I interviewed with the 2 managers that were very nice, they asked a lot of customer service based questions, asked about job loyalty, past experiences with difficult customers, how to stay organized, what to do if you get a bad review from a customer. Finished with those 2 and met HR who laid out all the benefits you'd receive, what they do in the office for morale, etc. Interview went really well, but they never followed up. Just ghosted me completely. I sent a follow-up email to see how the process was going, no response. I called the number I was told to contact if I had any questions which was directly to HR and left a voicemail and no answer. I saw that the job was open still for weeks on Indeed when scrolling through. It was finally removed and now, it's back up again and my interview was the 2nd week of May. Good luck to you if you so apply, I genuinely hope you get it and they don't play with you.
