The whole interview process took no longer than 30 minutes. There was a HR representstive and a team leader that i was supposed to be my superior. Got asked a few questions about my work experience and there was a short test verifying the ability to speak in english language. To sum up they did not require prior work experience for this positions, the only requirement was your will to work
