Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and I responded. Brief phone call and she requested I submit my resume. Sent resume in and a phone interview was set up with my direct manager and myself. This was a 30-40 minute interview that flowed well. The next step was to meet “hiring managers” in the satellite office. Only thing from phone interview that stuck out was “this is a new position we are trying” “the last one did not work out”, etc
