The interview process was pretty straight forward. There were questions asked about prior job experience and what the current position at hand entailed. Interview process wasn't too serious and provided a good environment.

They asked about prior equipment knowledge and how to handle certain situations.
The interview process consisted of first, a phone call interview that lasted about 30 minutes followed up with a brief meeting in their conference room with a potential coworker and direct manager. We also toured their office and their storage warehouse.

The interview questions were based on relevant technical experience, if I was able to work outside in the mid Atlantic summers, and if I could drive a boat trailer.

Very long process. Interviewed several times over the course of three months. There wasn't much communication between interviews or even after the position was offered. Very long day spent during the final interview. Was there for about 8 hours.
