I did a phone call then a month later, was contacted by a recruiter for an in-person interview a week later. Met with 2 directors for 20-30 mins. They mainly asked behavioral questions.

The overall interviewing experience with E*Trade was not great. The staff were very unprofessional, and the questions were not relevant to the position at hand. I do not recommend this company.
