A 5 question, video interview and an in house discovery day with other applicants Different task was done in groups, written task and a final interview. The discovery day lasted for about 3 hours

The interview process consisted of a group interview where asked to do activities as a team combined with an individual interview to discuss background as well as strengths and weaknesses.

Straight forward, fun and I enjoyed it we had to do a team activity and then we were interviews individually outside one by one all in all very easy! Wouldn’t have wanted it to be any better no improvements needed here!

I went through 3 different stages, video questions, in person group interview and person & a final interview. It was quite informal and friendly so I was made to feel comfortable
