The hiring process at Dynatrace was excellent—quick and efficient, and all steps were communicated. It began with a prompt call from the recruiter and a video interview with the hiring manager. During the interview, I introduced myself and discussed my experiences. The hiring manager was well-prepared and familiar with the details from my CV and motivation letter, and he provided a clear explanation of the position, responsibilities, and team culture. Following this, an assignment and an on-site workshop with key stakeholders were both engaging and informative. Everyone was very friendly, and I received constructive feedback throughout. A few days later, I received the job offer and had a call with the onboarding team. Throughout the process, the recruiter kept me informed and checked in to ensure I had no unanswered questions. Overall, it was a genuinely stellar hiring experience.

I can only tell details about the first round: The questions were related to measure PM skills. Half an hour call with Product Director in USA. The questions were: - How would you approach growing a product to Twice within 3 years - Help me visualize your day to day work in current company - How would you handle a scenario, where many other PMs are competing to put their stories in the sprint, while you too have to get your story into the sprint
