Kurzes Gespräch mit HR, dann Tech Gespräch mit kleineren Aufgaben und Kennenlernen. Sehr lockere Atmosphäre wo man gut antworten kann. Die Fragen selbst sind nicht leicht, aber absolut fair und lösbar! Empfehle aber jeden sich etwas vorzubereiten bevor man hingeht

1st interview was with head of engineering about JVM generally.
2nd interview was with three managers about java questions and code review questions.
3rd interview was with hiring manager regarding another code review.

3 steps, the communication was pleasant the whole time, and the technical task was sensible. It was a live coding task, during which I demonstrated how I think, rather than trying to solve some gymnastic challenge.
